These conditions govern the methods of booking the services offered through the nas.nauticas.ch website, managed by Nautica’s Services Sagl, CH-6934 Bioggio, Switzerland.

1. Object of the service

The service consists of the online booking of time slots for wakeboarding and wakesurfing activities on Lake Lugano. Booking includes boat, fuel and professional driver. This is not a rental, but a guided experience.

2. Booking

• Reservations are made through the online calendar available on the website.
• Available slots can be purchased according to the times indicated.
• The reservation is confirmed only after the payment has been completed.
• For special requests or slots of less than 1 hour, you must contact customer service directly.

3. Payment

• Payment is made online at the time of booking.
• Payment methods available on the site are accepted.
• The amount includes all costs indicated (boat, fuel, driver), except for any additional services.

4. Changes and cancellations

• Reservations can only be changed or cancelled with direct contact.
• In case of cancellation by the customer, the refund is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• In case of adverse weather conditions or safety reasons, the organizer reserves the right to move or cancel the reservation, offering a new date or a refund.

5. Punctuality

• Customers are required to arrive at least 10 minutes in advance.
• In case of delay, the lost time will not be recovered.

6. Participation and responsibility

• Participants declare that they are in a suitable physical condition for the activity.
• The organization is not responsible for damages resulting from behavior that does not comply with the instructions of the staff.
• Minors must be accompanied or authorized by a parent or guardian.

7. Security

• During the activity it is mandatory to respect the driver’s instructions.
• The use of the equipment provided must be done correctly and responsibly.

8. Pickup Service

• The standard departure point is the port of Lugano (Foce).
• Pickup service is available upon request and subject to availability.
• Pickup costs are stated separately.

9. Liability and limitations

Nautica’s Services Sagl is not responsible for any indirect damages, losses or inconveniences resulting from the use of the service, except in cases provided for by law.
